• Allergens: While our Boerewors sausages do not contain common allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, fish, or shellfish, the Boerewors spice used in our sausages contains WHEAT GLUTEN. Additionally, the spice may contain traces of celery, cow's milk, eggs, mustard, and soy. Please exercise caution if you have allergies to these ingredients.

• Production Facility: Our Boerewors sausages are produced in a facility that handles common allergens. Cross-contamination may occur.

Thin Breakfast Boerewors Sausages:

• Ingredients: Our Thin Breakfast Boerewors sausages contain high-quality beef, pork and our secret blend of traditional spices.

• Allergens: These sausages do not contain common allergens, but they are produced in a facility that handles allergens. Cross-contamination may occur.

Biltong:

• Ingredients: Our Biltong is made from premium beef (94%), salt (3%), coriander, black pepper, vinegar, salt peter, and potassium sorbate (preservative).

• Allergens: Our Biltong does not contain common allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, fish, or shellfish. However, it is produced in a facility that handles these allergens. Cross-contamination is possible.
